El ICSID (organismo dependiente del Banco Mundial) nos aplicó una flor de multa hace poco (y van... ) Bolivia, Venezuela y Nicaragua se acaban de retirar del ICSID con buenas razones ¿porque Argentina no lo hace? porque en Bolivia se dice y se hace y Kirchner declama y declama pero ciertas cosas no hace.
